Introduction

At FlySBS Aviation, we make private flying convenient, personalised and accessible for business travellers, families, corporate teams and frequent flyers.

Whether you are planning a domestic business trip, an international journey, a family holiday, our team can help identify the right aircraft and coordinate your journey from departure to arrival.

The following FAQs are written for publication on the FlySBS website and may be presented as expandable accordion sections for easy browsing.

Why should I choose a private jet instead of a scheduled commercial flight?

Private jet travel offers greater control over your schedule, enhanced privacy, personalised cabin service and the possibility of using airports closer to your destination. It can also reduce time spent in airport queues, connections and crowded terminals. For corporate travellers, this means more productive travel and greater itinerary flexibility.

You can submit your travel requirement through the enquiry form on the FlySBS website or contact our team directly. To help us prepare an accurate proposal, please provide the departure and destination airports or cities, preferred travel date and time, number of passengers, whether the journey is one-way, round-trip or multi-city, expected baggage, catering or cabin preferences, and any special passenger assistance required. Our team will review your itinerary and recommend a suitable aircraft.
FlySBS can evaluate short-notice travel requests, subject to aircraft availability, airport operating hours, crew duty limitations, permissions, slots and regulatory clearances. For the best aircraft selection and smoother coordination, we recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for international travel, peak-season journeys and multi-city itineraries.
Same-day private jet requests may be possible when a suitable aircraft and crew are available and all operational permissions can be obtained. The feasibility of the flight will depend on the route, airport, passenger documentation, aircraft position and applicable regulatory requirements.
Yes. One-way, round-trip and multi-city charter requirements can be evaluated. Aircraft availability and pricing may depend on where the aircraft is positioned before and after your journey.
Itinerary changes can be considered subject to aircraft availability, crew duty limitations, airport permissions, slots and other operational conditions. Changes may result in additional charges, particularly when they involve a new destination, extended waiting time, extra flight sectors or aircraft repositioning
Cancellation terms depend on the aircraft, itinerary and charter agreement. The applicable cancellation conditions will be stated in your quotation or charter contract. We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before making the payment and confirming the flight.
Aircraft selection is based on the number of passengers, distance and flying time, runway and airport suitability, baggage volume, cabin comfort requirements, the need for sleeping or working areas, international or domestic routing, budget and aircraft availability. Our team will recommend an aircraft category that balances comfort, operational suitability and cost.
Passenger capacity depends on the aircraft model and its approved seating configuration. FlySBS can arrange aircraft ranging from midsize cabins accommodating approximately eight passengers to larger cabins accommodating up to approximately fourteen passengers. The final permitted passenger count will be confirmed for the selected aircraft. For Example: Embraer Legacy 600 & 650 – 13 seater, Citation – 7 seater & Hawker – Seater.
Baggage capacity varies considerably between aircraft. Passengers should inform FlySBS in advance about the number and approximate size of suitcases, golf bags, musical instruments, medical equipment, product samples or other large items. This helps us select an aircraft with sufficient and suitable baggage space.
Yes. Many large and premium private jets have seating arrangements suitable for meetings, private conversations and collaborative work. The FlySBS team can recommend an aircraft with an appropriate cabin layout based on the size of your travelling team and the duration of your journey.
Yes. FlySBS aims to understand and record the preferences of frequent travellers. Subject to availability and applicable regulations, favourite snacks, meals, beverages, movies, games and selected personalised cabin items can be arranged.
Yes. Subject to aircraft limitations and advance notice, the cabin experience can be personalised for birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, business milestones and other special occasions. Special catering, flowers, branded items or selected cabin arrangements can be discussed during the booking process.
Safety is a core part of FlySBS flight planning and operations. Aircraft are operated and maintained by qualified aviation professionals in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, approved procedures and aircraft-specific maintenance standards. Flight feasibility is always subject to operational and safety assessment.
FlySBS coordinates the aviation-related operational requirements applicable to the charter, including aircraft documentation, flight planning and required permissions. Passengers remain responsible for providing accurate personal information and holding valid passports, visas, medical documents and other travel authorisations applicable to their journey.
Safety takes priority over schedule. When an aircraft becomes unavailable due to a technical or operational reason, FlySBS will assess alternatives, which may include arranging another suitable aircraft, changing the departure time or revising the itinerary. Any solution will remain subject to availability and contractual terms.
FlySBS treats passenger itineraries and personal information with appropriate confidentiality and shares information only where required for flight operations, regulatory compliance, immigration, customs, security or service delivery. Passengers should provide personal information only through authorised FlySBS communication channels.
Passengers should carry a valid government-issued photo identity document. Additional documentation may be required for children, foreign nationals, medical passengers or passengers travelling under special circumstances. The FlySBS team will advise you based on the itinerary.

International passengers must hold valid passports, visas and any destination-specific travel documents. Customs, immigration and health documentation may also be required. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their documents remain valid throughout the journey

The required reporting time depends on the airport, route and security procedures. Private aviation usually offers a more streamlined departure process than scheduled commercial travel. However, passengers must arrive at the time communicated by the FlySBS operations team to complete security, documentation, immigration or customs formalities.

Medical equipment and special baggage may be accepted subject to advance review. Please provide the item’s dimensions, weight, power requirements, battery specifications and intended use. Dangerous goods and restricted articles remain subject to aviation safety regulations.
